Boutique is an ideally situated 16 and 35 storey double towered condo inspired by the best luxury boutique hotels around the world. The building was designed by ZAS and Core Architects, while the interiors were designed by renowned Cecconi Simone Interior Design, adding sophistication and luxury to a chic living space.
The buildings are connected – Boutique I at 21 Nelson and Boutique II at 126 Simcoe – and are perfectly located amidst the best that downtown Toronto living has to offer. Built by Tucker HiRise Construction and ALIT Developments, Boutique was completed in 2011. While Boutique is situated in Toronto’s Entertainment District, it is also on the edge of the bustling Financial District and, thus, close to work, fine dining, shopping, culture, sports venues and great nightlife.
